Fault delays / timeouts

Reason for Fault 52 ( no PW1 received) must be active for 99sec. before the fault is shown.

Delay for fault 63 (PW4 out of limits) is 30 sec. if any good pulses are received, counter will stop, and if

no bad pulses with in 10sec, the counter is reset
